Training and refreshing leaders and teams

"Step 11 is phrased as something that the network does, and as a network we are committed to training supporting, refreshing and encouraging leaders (for example, see pic below from one of our Weekends Away on the Diverse Side). We live in an age rammed full of information... We can find anything, important and trivial, with a few taps on our phones...

...The key factor in deciding our training is not the events that the network organises, and it’s not the availability of content: it’s the desire of the learner to get the training. A vision of the future - Step 12 continued

We want churches to be self-replicating, locally led, and to reach out effectively to those around them. In order to do that... we need to become craftsmen of leadership growth.

It needs to be our priority, our primary focus. We need to ask the Lord to change us, to
help us release others into ministry.
