Baptisms on Bolton Estate
8 May 2024
Sunday 5th May 2024 was an epic day for New Life Church Breightmet.
This new church, which meets in the Mosley Arms pub on Sunday mornings, has only just turned 2 years old in March, but on 5th May 2024, New Life Church Breightmet celebrated 8 x baptisms and 2 x baby dedications in one day!
After tonnes of prayer for this Bolton housing estate, extensive door to door ministry and other activities such as Messy Church and periodical events, God has brought real breakthrough in this area.
We thank God for His Spirit moving, and look forward with excitement to see what He will continue to do through different churches and ministries in Bolton, Greater Manchester and beyond.
We are also very grateful to the wider Diocese of Manchester and to Church of England Commissioners, whose support has help enable Antioch to pioneer new churches in Bolton, Salford, Rochdale and Manchester.

What people say...
“Since being part of church I’ve got people I can rely on, they are my family. Jesus has done that for me and he’s been there even when I haven’t known him.”
