● To plan for and inform you of information about events/activities in a church plant (eg regular or one-off events) and/or at the Network level (eg weekend away)
● To promote the church plant and/or the Network and/or advertise events on social media

● Dietary requirements and relevant health conditions
● Visual images (photographs, video, live streaming)
3. The lawful bases for processing your personal data are
● Consent – we will obtain your consent to send you information about church events or newsletters
● Legal obligation – we are required by law to collect and process data for weddings, funerals, baptism, etc.
● Legitimate Activity – we collect and process this data as part of our legitimate activities and a not-for-profit body.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with those responsible for organising the relevant event/activity.
5. How long do we keep data?
We aim to keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and any legal obligations, and there is no fixed time limit that applies to all information. We periodically review the data we hold to ensure we are not retaining information unnecessarily.
