There are over 100 different languages spoken in India, and one of those is called "Kannada". Spoken mostly in Southwestern India, especially Karnataka state where it is the official language, Kannada is also one of the languages spoken by some of the Indian diaspora.

Antioch is partnering with our Diocesan colleagues to launch a Kannada-speaking fellowship based in Greater Manchester, which will gather Kannada-speakers who are now settled here to worship, pray and follow Jesus.
This will be our second language-specific congregation after our Cantonese Church launch in Spring 2026.
We are hoping, praying and planning for the Kannada Fellowship, which is already meeting once a month at St Chads Ladybarn in Manchester, will go live - and start meeting weekly - early in 2027.
